Jennifer Lopez and her child Emme Muñiz, 16, caused quite a stir when they were spotted at The Grove shopping mall in Los Angeles on Saturday. 

The Atlas star, 54, was dressed casually in a white tank top and a pair of mid-rise, pleated, wide-legged khaki pants.

She kept her famous tresses tied up in a bun as she made her way through the busy mid-city mall in a pair of $75 K-SWISS Classic PF Platform sneakers.

Emme — who uses gender neutral pronouns — wore jeans with a graphic T-shirt and a button down shirt over that as a jacket.

Crowds gathered around the global superstar to gawk as they ducked out of the busy thoroughfare.

The sighting comes as news broke that JLo and Ben Affleck have hired a realtor to sell the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion they spent two years searching for.

The home was supposed to be the culmination of their decades-long, fairy tale love.

Instead, it is on the market, JLo is looking for a new house and Ben is renting a $100,000 per month pad near his ex-wife Jennifer Garner‘s house.

Earlier this week, DailyMail.com reported that photographs of the couple’s marital home’s lavish interior have popped up on realtor websites after being removed following the property’s sale to the couple last May.

DailyMail.com determined that these new photos were uploaded to real estate site Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5. The house is still listed as sold.

The move has sparked speculation that the 17-bedroom, 43,000square foot property is set to be put quietly back on the market.

In a statement she described herself as ‘completely heartsick and devastated about letting you down.’

She continued, ‘I wouldn’t do this if I didn’t feel that it was absolutely necessary. I promise I’ll make it up to you and we will all be together again.

The reason the actress and singer gave for pulling out of her long-standing commitment was that she was ‘taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.’
