Beyond his illustrious football career, Ronaldo has shown a keen interest in health, technology, and research. “Apart from football, I am passionate about health, technology, and research. These are areas I intend to invest in for the future. I wanted the first center to be in Madrid, a city where I have lived for many years,” the Juventus forward stated in an announcement about the new hair transplant center.

The center is part of the Insparya Group, co-owned by Ronaldo and Portuguese businessman Paulo Ramos. This facility will boast a team of 150 specialists and feature 18 rooms capable of performing up to 18 hair transplants daily, with each procedure costing £3,474.

The initial investment for research and development of the center is estimated at £868,000. Ronaldo has committed to investing more over the next three to four years to establish the center as a leading global entity. “We have the expertise, but opening another center in Portugal requires reputation. Ronaldo will expedite the process, and we aim to launch by 2019 or 2020,” said Paulo Ramos, Chairman of the Insparya Group.

Last year, Ronaldo opened a Japanese restaurant named Zela in London. Moreover, the Juventus star owns a chain of fashion boutiques and hotels under the CR7 brand in Portugal and Spain.
